Ordering, custom cakes, pickup and allergens.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes. For all custom cake enquiries, please phone us on 0478 774 466 for a general quote, or come in store to place your order. Bring along any inspiration photos you’ve seen online. Custom cakes can’t be ordered through the website.
Which cakes can I order online?
Our window cakes. These are the standard cakes we have in store on the day, like our continental cake, tiramisu cake and baked ricotta cake. Choose your cake and a pickup date on the order form and we’ll confirm the details and price with you.
How far ahead should I order?
As early as you can, especially for a custom cake or a busy time of year. Add your pickup date to your order request and we’ll let you know if we can make it.
Do you deliver?
No. We don’t offer delivery and we’re not on Uber Eats. All orders are picked up from our shop at Carnes Hill Marketplace.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pick up from our shop at Carnes Hill Marketplace, on the corner of Cowpasture Road and Kurrajong Road in Carnes Hill.
What are continental and gelato cakes?
A continental cake is a traditional Italian sponge cake, filled with vanilla and chocolate custard and soaked in liqueur. A gelato cake is made with gelato and served frozen. Both are our specialty.
Do any of your cakes contain alcohol?
Some do. Our continental cake and our peaches are soaked in liqueur. If you need a cake without alcohol, tell us in your order request.
Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?
Some of our products contain nuts, including anything made with pistachio, hazelnut or Nutella, and most contain gluten, dairy and egg. Tell us about any allergies in your order request, or ask in store before you buy.
